In-Office IV Hydration and Nutrition
Post exercise hydration can be helpful during recovery.

Stressful events like endurance running, heat, and illness cause dehydration.  Dehydration creates many undesirable symptoms, such as lightheadedness, fatigue, dry mouth or skin.  These symptoms are dangerous if not attended to in a timely manner.  Most of the time treatment can be done through replacing electrolytes with sports drink/fluids, rest or electrolyte tablets, but sometimes these are not enough.  Especially for super endurance runners, greater treatments should be sought.
